Philosophy

Altdent recognizes the need for an integrated operating philosophy to ensure that every job is done well – First Time, On Time, Every Time – and by appropriately trained staff.  This paradigm is subject to a regular process of evaluation and review, in order to continually improve the level at which we perform as an organization. Including the manner in which we deliver our services to patients and their families.

We have found that by applying the principles of trust, honesty, respect, integrity, and commitment to this endeavor, Altdent is able to nurture and maximize the talent of our entire team for the benefit of everyone our organization touches.

Our Approach

When outlining and defining our goals and objectives we apply the SMART Approach:

  • Specific – Clearly state what you are going to deliver.
  • Measurable – Be able to quantify your objectives.
  • Achievable – Make sure you can attain your standard.
  • Realistic – Only offer what your capabilities can perform.
  • Timed – Let it be known in what period of time you will deliver.

Our Promise

As a DSO leading a path to be better in every way we conduct our business, Altdent is committed to provide practical advice, grounded in experience, on how best to operate and grow an dental organization and successful business. We work with owner doctors, small groups, and established large groups; and have made a public commitment to each of them:

  • Our team will be professional, courteous and respectful at all times.
  • Our team will put themselves in your shoes and be practical and helpful.
  • Our team will take responsibility for their actions, words and thoughts.

Our Standards

In an effort to be our best as individuals, and to strive towards leading by example, we will:

  • endeavor to be on time, all the time, every time.
  • work efficiently and diligently to serve your needs.
  • be active listeners, so we may hear and understand you.
  • practice mindfulness by staying present in the moment.

“If you don’t set a baseline standard for what you’ll accept in life, you’ll find it’s easy to slip into behaviors and attitudes, or a quality of life, that’s far below what you deserve.”

– Tony Robbins
